4-port RS485/422 Modbus Gateway with Digital I/O and Analog

MG5124/5224 Series are Modbus gateways designed for integrating Modbus RTU/ASCII and Modbus TCP networks; they can achieve the conversion between Modbus RTU/ASCII and Modbus TCP protocols. This series support RS-485/422 combo serial ports and 2 100M Ethernet copper ports. They adopts DIN-Rail or wall mounting to meet the requirements of different application scenes.

Modbus gateway supports multiple network protocols, such as Modbus, TCP, IP, UDP, TELNET, ARP, ICMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, SSH,SMTP, SNTP,DNS and DHCP protocols. It possesses complete management function, and supports access control, rapid configuration, online upgrading, etc. RTU Master, RTU Slave, ASCII Master, ASCII Slave and other operating modes are supported; it supports up to 256 Modbus TCP client (master) accesses and connects up to 128 Modbus TCP server (slave) devices. 
MG5124/5224 provide 2 10/100Base-T (x) RJ45 ports and 4-channel RS-485 serial ports. It has two separate LAN ports that can be connected to separate LAN networks. Dual-LAN redundancy involves setting up two separate physical networks to connect the PC host with the MG5124/5224 (the PC host also requires two LAN cards). If one connection fails, the PC host can still communicate with your serial devices over the alternative LAN connection.

The MG5124/5224 Series have built-in digital I/Os, provide maximum flexibility when you need to integrate serial equipment in the field with an Ethernet network. The combination of digital I/Os makes the device servers well-suited for a variety of industrial data acquisition applications. The DI/Os on the device can be controlled over TCP/IP using the Modbus TCP protocol and can be configured from a web browser.
MG5124/5224 products realize the signal acquisition between sensor and host, to measure analog signals. The products can be applied to RS-232/485 bus industrial automation control system, 4-20mA signal measurement, monitoring and control small-signal measurement and signal isolation and long-term industrial transmission and so on. Products include power supply isolation, signal isolation, linearization, A/D conversion and RS-485 serial communication.
